Westmorland Lamps

Colour combinations explored in the Westmorland Lamps echo the colours, hues, patterns and textures found in the dramatic landscapes of the southern Lake District.
Stewart has used his craft to manipulate the weight, colour and optical qualities of hot glass to create this statement piece, which fits effortlessly into either contemporary or classical interiors. Both the lamp base and shades have been astutely engineered to be oval in cross section, thus enabling them  to fit on narrow shelves or tables if required.
The warm glow emanating from these lamps welcomes you home in the hallway, or encourages you to relax in your special space; adding an unassuming beauty which subtly commands attention whether the light is on or off.
